Stratford Honda and J.R. , I can’t express my gratitude enough for this place because it’s beyond all the complementary words there is in this universe. This is such a friendly environment, and it cares more than just its sales, it cares for you as an individual. To explain more about this car dealership , everyone shares great empathy, and including a salesman like J.R. , who gives constructive guidance towards Stratford Honda customers. Its worth it and trustworthy but most importantly, It’s a GO to place for car purchasers/ lovers to buy any type vehicle.

The team was outstanding, I can’t say enough of how well we were treated JR you were excellent with our purchase and will be our choice with any future purchases. Kudos to you as your service was top notch from taking your time with us explaining about the vehicle before and after our decision to purchase Irena was also a part of our great experience with her welcoming smile Thanks for the walk thru on the finance end of it. Karina greeted us as family offering beverages and anything we needed, and checked up on us again during our transaction After completion we went over to parts and service and met Izzy whom was very accommodating and friendly. As a first time car buyer I was nervous about venturing to a dealership on my own. From the start I had an extremely positive experience at Stratford Honda. JR was beyond helpful, applied no pressure and cared most about educating me and helping me get into a car I was comfortable with and loved. From test drive to picking my perfect colour he was extremely knowledgeable and had none of the dreaded “car salesmen” attributes other than being very kind and open. He treated me like family instead of a customer, which was refreshing. Once JR closed the deal, Irena helped me through the financing headache and made it painless. She went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car within my budget. She was quick to sort everything out, and was very pleasant in all our encounters. It really was a one stop shop where all my expectations were exceeded and I drove away with a dream of a car. Thank you all!
