SALES TEAM - the information below are reminders and help aids for the QDE process. NOTE the videos for you and your customers.

Please read and view this information to ensure you understand the QDE expectations.

QDE is: 

  • Launched from the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT / Inventory Management / “Sold Order“ screen
  • Managed from the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / Voice of the Customer / “QDE Records” screen

 

REMINDERS:

  • Currently, Commercial deals are not eligible for QDE, only individuals
  • When putting a vehicle in SOLD status, ensure the email address is entered

METRICS 2023:

  • Our INTERNAL metric is 100% of QDEs Launched, and 50% completion (it is crucial we maintain this level of completion)
