Just took possession of my 2019 Lincoln MKC Reserve from Stratford Honda. From the moment you walk in the staff cannot do enough for you. Stefanie Walpole was there to greet us and show us their inventory and get us into the car we wanted in the price range we were looking for. Ciara Hanley guided us through the financial options and insurance packages that were available. We happened to pick up the car during a Honda event and receptionist Janet Keen couldn’t have been more friendly and even offered us lunch!A shout out to the mechanical staff and detailing department..the car looked brand new. Sales manager Travis Young impressed me not only because he plays to a 1 golf handicap but also closed the deal and made sure I received the car with a full tank of gas and even took the time to sync my phone to my sound system in the car. If you are looking for a smooth, stress free car purchasing experience I would have no problem recommending Stratford Honda.
