I disconnected the battery in my car, and now I cannot find the security code to re-activate my radio. Where can I find this?
If you cannot locate your code, check with Stratford Honda or the dealership that you originally purchased your Honda. There may be a record of the radio code for your vehicle. If not, the code can be found by using the serial number of your vehicle. Depending on your model, the radio may have to be removed and installed by a service technician to find this information.
Where can I find the fuel economy rating for my vehicle?
Stratford Honda’s online Honda Showroom has statistics and information for all new 2013 Honda models including fuel economy, capacities and other information.
How can I find out if my Honda has outstanding recalls?
You can ask any service representative at Stratford Honda if your vehicle has any recalls. Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) will be required to check for current recall notices.
Can you recommend aftermarket tires accessories or parts for my Honda?
Stratford Honda can only recommend the Original Equipment Manufacturer parts approved for us in your vehicle. If you are interested in performance parts or modifications, our parts department has a wide selection of approved Honda performance parts for a variety of models.
My all-season tires do not provide enough traction in the winter, but I don’t want to buy all four winter tires. Can I just put snow tires on the front wheels?
If you are replacing the tires on your vehicle you should replace all four, not just the drive wheels. Your tires are also used to stop, and having different tires on the front and rear of your vehicle can be dangerous in an emergency stopping situation.
My Honda didn’t come with an owner’s manual. Where can I get one?
Drop by the Stratford Honda parts department and we can supply you with an owner’s manual for your vehicle.
I have a flat tire, and my vehicle is still under warranty. Am I covered?
Depending on the warranty that you purchased for your vehicle, your tire repair may or may not be covered. If you are covered by the available Roadside Assistance Package then Stratford Honda may be able to repair your tire for little or no cost to you.
I am purchasing a used vehicle. What guarantee can I get that service is up-to-date and there are not other issues with the car?

If you have received a recall notice, book an appointment at Stratford Honda’s service department right away and we can repair your vehicle free of charge.
